The Seaton Family were hosted by the fabulous Leila Dwyer every Summer for 25 years. It felt right as an ode to Leila to build a beautiful 2 story retreat that overlooks the sea. Perfect for 2 guests, you'll be cozy by the woodfire & just a few steps away from beautiful walking tracks through the wildlife reserve. You can wander down the hill to the beach (about a 5-10 minute walk), this is where we love to swim, bask in the sunshine and wade through the shallows barefoot. Return to Leilas and wash off the salt in your hot outdoor shower, siesta & keep a look out for the migrating whales.
Sleeps 8 + 1 bébé
Solar electric vehicle charging & garage
The ideal stay when travelling with the extended family or a larger group. Leilas and Seatons grace the same property, each with their distinct entrances and private spaces, you will have the best of both worlds when holidaying here.
Seatons and Leilas is spacious with everything you need to luxuriate, and two wood fires to keep you cozy. We value a deep nights sleep, so we made sure to find very comfy beds and beautiful linen. Seatons main house sleeps up to 6 + Bebe, and Leilas sleeps 2. You'll be reading in front of the fire, walking in the wildlife reserve, drinking coffee, swimming, stargazing in the outdoor bath, sleeping, dreaming - you'll never want to leave.
"For over 60 years we've felt there's something special about Tathra. Days spent at the beach, migrating whales, coffees at the wharf, afternoon siestas, oyster picnics & dreaming by the fire...It's always been my dream to create this for our guests."
